Have you heard of ecstatic dance? This is sort of Stephanie’s adaptation of it. We will begin with a short intention setting ceremony, a low-down on the rules, and then dance our hearts out for an hour, following by a closing circle. You can expect a variety of genres including rap, hip hop, jungle, blues, jazz, EDM, jungle and more. There will be explicit lyrics. Bring water and wear clothes to move in. $10 suggested donation.
