Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion and any blankets or pillows to keep yourself comfy. This event is limited in participation due to space constraints. Please plan to arrive by 7:15 pm to secure your spot. This event is offered by donation and the suggested donation is $25.
Sacred Dance
Have you heard of ecstatic dance? This is sort of Stephanie’s adaptation of it. We will begin with a short intention setting ceremony, a low-down on the rules, and then dance our hearts out for an hour, following by a closing circle. You can expect a variety of genres including rap, hip hop, jungle, blues, jazz, EDM, jungle and more. There will be explicit lyrics. Bring water and wear clothes to move in. $10 suggested donation.

Lotus at Our Mother's Arms Event
Lotus Community Center will be attending this retreat as a vendor and will be closed for normal business hours. Register for this amazing event here.
There is a place where you are already whole, where you can slow down enough to feel what is true and allow your spirit to gently return to itself through reverence, attention, and care. Our Mother’s Arms is a space created in that spirit: a grounded, intentional pause where participants are nourished by the Mother and invited to meet her with quiet devotion.
In a time when many are moving through life at a relentless pace, this retreat offers a conscious return to what truly sustains us. It centers the grounding presence of the Earth as a steady source of support, wisdom, and nourishment, guiding participants back into alignment with their body, spirit, and natural rhythm.
Through intentional gathering, movement, and care, participants are given the space to reconnect with their foundation, leaving more resourced, more steady, and more connected.
This weekend retreat is organized to create a sanctuary of remembrance. Allowing participants to slow down enough to feel how resourced you actually are. To steep in the lasting embrace of our Mother Earth and reconnect to the awe and wonder that makes her support more real and tangible in our day-to-day lives
